Lamb Inn Bed & Breakfast

We will continue to offer our popular seven ensuite bedrooms for bed and continental breakfast.

Guests can check in between 5pm and 8pm every evening. Check out time is 10am.

We will be offering our hotel guests a limited traditional hot pub food menu if prebooked. We will publish the menu choices shortly.


Events, Functions and Wakes

The Lamb Inn is a 16th century former coaching inn situated in the picturesque Devon village of Sandford close to the market town of Crediton and just ten miles from the Cathedral town of Exeter. The Lamb Inn is the perfect example of a quintessential English country pub. The Lamb Inn bar has an open fire with a comfy sofa.  Outside there is a sheltered cobbled courtyard with tables and sun umbrellas making it a very popular place to enjoy a cool drink form our extensive range of local ales and lagers, also a varied selection of wines and spirits. There is a separate covered sundeck overlooking the courtyard and a further grassed area, ideal for children, at the top of the garden. As well as the Lamb Inn bar there is the smaller Tap Room and a large function hall, The Dowrich Room.
