Sous Chef wanted

The Lamb Inn is an AA Rosette, 16th Century Village pub now looking for an experienced Sous Chef to expand the existing team; they need to have the drive to work in a passionate, forward thinking kitchen, and possess a creative outlook with a desire to learn and develop their current skills.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • Busy Kitchen experience.
  • The highest standards of professional practice in both food preparation and health and safety.
  • A strong work ethic.
  • A passion for good quality food and a keen eye for detail.

Our menu is developing daily so we have the need to build and expand our kitchen team.

The Lamb Inn is entering a new and exciting stage of development and is in the process of building a brand new kitchen this summer!

Permanent Weekday Cook/Chef

Permanent Weekday Cook/Chef, 7:00am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday, Breakfast/Lunch for our 16th Century Village pub with seven B&B rooms.

We are looking for a full time experienced cook/chef join our team.

You will cook breakfast, prep, and cook dishes for lunch from our fixed price menu and assist the Chef in other food preparation as required.
